These little 3 lb dumbbells are great for rehab or light toning. The neoprene coating is soft and comfortable, and the hex shape stops them from rolling. The rubber handle is grippy but a bit small. For $20.63, it's a good deal for a pair, but 3 lb each is very light. If you need very light weights for physical therapy or high-rep work, these work well.
