I needed a light dumbbell for my home rehab exercises. This 2 lb neoprene dumbbell fits the bill. The neoprene coating feels comfortable and provides a good grip, even with sweaty hands. It's compact and easy to store. However, note that it's sold as a single, not a pair, which might be inconvenient for some. The weight is fixed, so if you need progression, you'll have to buy another. For light toning and rehab, it works well, but don't expect heavy duty use.
