I bought this 2-pound neoprene dumbbell for light arm exercises and physical therapy. The neoprene coating is comfortable and doesn't slip, even when my hands get a little sweaty. Also, 2 pounds is very light—it's fine for rehab or very light toning, but not for serious strength training.
